What are the Benefits for the Body Sweat?

Do you know what the function actually sweat? So far, we often sweat whether intentional or not as when the congestion on the road, was a presentation at work or having lunch with rice and side dishes warm, spicy sauce. Sweat is pouring at best merely wiped with a handkerchief or tissue. We never find out why sweat out and what does it do to the body.

Psycology Experimental study in the journal, has conducted a study on the sweat of men and 37 women. Most of the volunteers were asked to perform activities cycling for one hour to measure how much sweat it releases as well as what effect the body. Final conclusions of this study were very surprising at all, which was the sweat volume of far more male than female sweat volume. This indicates that the female body is very bad in cooling the body from heat generated by work activities. Since the function of sweat is to lower the body temperature rises during heavy activity.

In addition to the above conclusion, the study also states that turned out perspiration through the pores of the skin is very good for health. The sweat that came out was brought along toxin or toxins in the body. So, people often sweat more healthy than people who rarely issued sweat.
